A Study of Eligible Women’s Attitude Regarding Family Planning in Low Income, Taegue

Abstract

|
During the may of 1973, regarding the 450 eligible women living in shinchun-dong, Dongku Taegu. I got the following conclusions as results of investgation of previous 10 articles. (1) In the age distribution of respondents 30~3t age was the first (34.1%) and 25~29 age was the next. (2) In the number of total pregnancy at this survey, 3 times pregnancy is the most (19%). Rate of pregnancy is 3.0%. (3) In the number of children the respondent having 2 children was the most (33.5%). Average number of children was 2.47. (4) The rate of family planning pratice is 31.5%. (5) The experience of induced abortion was 63.6%. Twice of it was 22.3% and 48% among the experienced women have utilized it as a method of contraceptive. (6) As to the ideal number of children 40% among parents want to get 3 children (7) The motive of going to health center is on account of their neighbour, relatives, chief of Doing, Ban. 42.9% among them agree to going there 40% among them used to go there on account of vaccination.
